Super Hotel O Palace Inn Near Don Bosco (Borivali) Metro Station

It was dirty Ac was not working Bed cover blankets was not clean Toilet was smelling bad Staff - helpful guys but unfortunately the building need an urgent renovation

The rooms were in extremely bad conditions, insects were crawling on the floor. The bedsheets layed with cigarette burns which were later changed on request. No basic amenities like water, toilet supplies.While booking hotel description with something and actual rooms were totally different.

Rooms are under process of refurbishing. Few rooms are available but the work in progress is not suitable for guests.

Perfect for the building travellor. Just basic wit nothing to brag about. Comfortable stay and staff were helpful ☺️

No fridge or TV in room as described and old headboard with gaps for mosquitos to hide. I had noisy room behind reception and no offer to move.

house keeping staffs were very nice and good behavior, rooms were very clean and hygienic, all of the hotel staff were very gentleman, security persons were very active. Had a good stay... Service was good....

Our stay was comfortable and hassle free. The staff were very cooperative polite and courteous. The restaurants offered fine dining and the food was delicious. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was also good.

It's not near Don Bosco metro station, it's 2 km away, ac was not working, i was there only for 3 nights, balance was not refunded, the place was full of spider webs and spider, the bed sheets were also used
